One more quetion pls. Let me refer to A as accessing my outlook.com email from within Mac Mail, and B as accessing my outlook.com email from the Outlook.com website from Safari. When I send an email to my outlook.com eamil address, I can see the email in both A and B (i.e., I see that A and B stay in sync). Both show the same email messages in. To configure your Apple iCloud email account in Microsoft Outlook for Mac, follow these steps: Start Outlook for Mac. On the Tools menu, select Accounts. Select the plus (+) sign in the lower-left corner, and then select Other E-mail. Enter your E-mail Address and Password, and then select Add Account. Set up Exchange account access using Outlook for Mac. If you have Outlook for Mac, you can use it to access your Exchange account. See Add an email account to Outlook for instructions. Set up Exchange account access using Mac OS X 10.10 or later. If you're running Mac OS X version 10.10 or later, follow these steps to set up an Exchange email. Then add the new outlook address to your Mail app through Mail/Add Account, type in the password which is the same as for the old Hotmail alias. You should get access to your old inbox instantly. (non-Outlook aliases should work too.). And Mac users can finally see and edit their Outlook.com contacts in Contacts app on Mac OS X! Add Outlook.com e-mail and contacts to Contacts and Mail on Mac OS X. Open Mail app Mail Add Account 2. Select Exchange 3. Enter your Outlook.com username and password 4. Click Sing In 5. Use outlook.live.com as Internal URL and External URL.
Outlook, like all of the programs in Microsoft Office's productivity suite, can display a photo on your user profile. This one profile picture will appear in every Office program that displays your profile.
By default, it simply shows your initials, but you can change it to display any photo you like.
Note, however, that this only applies to Outlook on Windows computers. The Mac version of Outlook doesn't show your profile picture anywhere, and doesn't let you change it.

1. Open Outlook and sign in, and then click 'File' and then 'Office Account.' You should see your profile photo under 'User Information' on the left side of the window.

2. If you see a link labeled 'Change' under the photo, click it and then follow the instructions to add or change the photo. That's it – you're done.
3. If there isn't a link there, then click 'Manage Account' on the right side of the window. Ring app on mac. This will open the Microsoft 365 website in a browser. You may need to sign in again.
4. Click your current profile picture at the top-right of the web page. You should see a larger version of it pop out.

5. Move your mouse over the profile image. You should see a camera icon appear. Click the image.
6. Follow the instructions to change the picture and save your changes.

Delete a calendar account
If you no longer want to use an account in any app, including Calendar, you can delete the account.
Note: If you use iCloud Keychain, and you remove an account (other than your primary iCloud account), you’re asked whether to remove the account from your other Mac computers that use iCloud Keychain, or just turn off all the account features on this Mac.
You can view, add, and modify events, and respond to invitations, in the Calendar app on all your devices that use the same accounts. You can also view, add, and modify your iCloud calendar events, and respond to invitations, on iCloud.com. Changes you make show up everywhere, so you always have your most current calendar events at hand. Calendar notifications also appear on your Mac and other devices that use the same accounts.

If you use Handoff, you can switch between your Mac and other devices while creating, modifying, or viewing events and calendars. To open an event or calendar handed off to your Mac, click the Handoff Calendar icon that appears at the left side of the Dock.
